# Your data

Chats, source bookmarks, and profile references live in `data/nori.sqlite3` in your source folder. The legacy filename is retained for compatibility. Captures are saved under `data/captures/`; temporary speech files are under `cache/`. These folders, personal configuration, bridge credentials, and logs are excluded from Git.

The default LLM, voice, and speech recognition run locally. Downloading dependencies/models and opening websites use the network. Additional providers can send data elsewhere if you deliberately configure them. The local API listens on `127.0.0.1:12393`; do not expose it publicly.
