# Overview

`gray-ui-csm` is a UI-first CSM (Customer Success Management) dashboard built with:

- Next.js App Router
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS v4
- shadcn/ui primitives + custom composition
- dnd-kit for interactive board behavior

This repository is intentionally built as a **design engineering showcase**:

- Feature-level flows (tickets board/table/detail/drawer)
- Reusable UI primitives and route-driven structure
- Realistic mock content for UX storytelling and state transitions

> Note: This is currently a front-end demo. Data is mocked and stored in local files.
