# Install and configure rare-ui

Follow the source instructions for **rare-ui**. Read the prerequisites and configuration steps before running an example.

## Quick start

Install any component with the shadcn CLI:

```bash
npx shadcn add swamimalode07/rare-ui/{component-name}
```

For example:

```bash
npx shadcn add swamimalode07/rare-ui/fluid-orb
```

## Check the installation

After setup, continue with the [first example](/docs/up-to-code-rare-ui/quick-start-guide). If a command fails, compare the runtime version, working directory, and required configuration with the original README before changing dependencies.
