# Source and license

Original project by Sam Roth, based on commit `09922cd`. The MIT license is retained in `LICENSE`. Demo portraits were obtained from Random User (`https://randomuser.me/api/portraits/`); their source URLs are listed in `public/avatars/SOURCES.md`.

This is an independent Messenger-inspired demo and is not affiliated with Meta/Facebook.
