# Install and configure streaming-platform

Follow the source instructions for **streaming-platform**. Read the prerequisites and configuration steps before running an example.

## Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Node.js (v18 or higher)
- pnpm (recommended) or npm

### Installation

1. Clone the repository:
```bash
git clone https://github.com/Up-to-code/streaming-platform.git
cd streaming-platform
```

2. Install dependencies:
```bash
pnpm install
```

3. Start the development server:
```bash
pnpm dev
```

4. Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) in your browser.

## Check the installation

After setup, continue with the [first example](/docs/up-to-code-streaming-platform/quick-start-guide). If a command fails, compare the runtime version, working directory, and required configuration with the original README before changing dependencies.
