Privacy Policy
This policy describes Bubble Bloom by Qentrah and distinguishes the current development preview, this website, and native mobile builds with optional advertising.
Your progress stays on your device
Level progress, stars, scores and sound, music, motion and symbol preferences are saved locally. Bubble Bloom has no game account, cloud save, social profile or chat. Your local game save is not uploaded to Qentrah. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove your progress; operating-system backups may separately retain app data according to your device settings.
Permissions and tracking choices
The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access. Music and effects use playback only. Native iOS builds with advertising can ask for Apple’s tracking permission when you choose to use the optional advertising feature. This permission is separate from other privacy consent. The current iOS integration does not initialize optional advertising when tracking permission is denied or restricted. You can continue the ordinary game without enabling ads or tracking. You can manage Apple tracking permission in your device’s Settings.
Optional rewarded videos
Configured native mobile builds use Unity LevelPlay with ironSource and Unity Ads. Choosing and completing an available rewarded video can add one Bomb or Rainbow booster, with a limit of two video bonuses per level attempt. Closing or skipping a video does not itself earn a reward. The browser development preview uses a clearly labeled local sample video instead of an advertising network.
When an advertising SDK is initialized, its providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, ad views and interactions, performance information, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Advertising identifiers and tracking depend on platform permission and applicable privacy choices. The current client does not assume that you granted personalized-ad consent. A consent setting alone does not mean the SDK collects no data.
Providers may process data under their own policies. Read Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for details and provider privacy-request options. The final store privacy disclosures must reflect the SDKs and configuration actually shipped. Advertising availability can vary by device, region and provider.
This website
The product pages are hosted through Vercel. Hosting services receive technical requests needed to deliver pages and images, such as IP address, browser information and request logs. We do not enable the hub’s optional Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights components on the Bubble Bloom product pages. Other Qentrah pages may have separate analytics. This website does not read or upload your game’s local save.
Support and data requests
If you email hello@qentrah.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond and investigate your request. You can request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive personal documents.
To remove local progress, use the operating system’s app-data controls or remove the app. For the browser preview, clear its site storage. This cannot necessarily recover a lost save. For data held by an advertising provider, use that provider’s request options or contact us for help directing your request.
Audience and updates
Bubble Bloom is a general-audience puzzle game, not a service directed at children under 13. The store listing will show the applicable age rating. We will update this policy when our data practices change. The mobile releases are still being prepared.
