Payment & delivery
What to check before paying, how confirmation works, and where to find your delivery.

Before you pay
Review the product or approved service offer, what is included, the total amount, currency, licence, and expected delivery arrangements. Ask us to clarify missing details before continuing. Preview-only products and unapproved service enquiries are not purchase commitments.
Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges or its own fees. Those are separate from Qentrah’s stated order amount and should be checked with that provider.
Payment and confirmation
The current checkout directs you to XPay to complete payment. Check the amount and currency on that page. Qentrah records the provider’s payment status and transaction reference; returning to this website alone is not proof that a payment succeeded.
If the status is pending or unclear, review your account and contact us before repeating the payment. Include the order reference and the information shown by the provider, without sending complete card details.
Digital products and access
After payment is confirmed, the agreed files or access are made available through the delivery method stated for your order, such as your account or email. This is digital delivery; no physical shipment is included unless specifically agreed.
Use the purchase email when accessing your account and keep your contact details up to date. If a link fails, files are missing, or access is not available as agreed, contact support with your order reference.
Custom services and milestones
For services, the accepted proposal defines deliverables, milestones, review steps, and expected timing. Paying for a service does not mean that a completed custom project is immediately available. Required content, access, or approvals can affect the schedule.
We should agree any changes to delivery scope, price, or schedule in writing. If there is a delay or a delivery problem, contact us so the status and next steps can be clarified without affecting your applicable legal rights.
Order records and receipts
Keep your order confirmation, receipt, accepted proposal, and relevant correspondence. Your account provides available order and service information. If information is missing or incorrect, contact us to request a copy or correction.
Cancellation or payment problems
The refund policy explains the review process for duplicate charges, missing delivery, defects, and cancellations. Neither payment confirmation nor digital delivery removes consumer rights that applicable law protects.
