Install and configure anan-ai: The Anan real-estate workspace and backend for organization permissions, operations, and AI services.
Follow the source instructions for anan-ai. Read the prerequisites and configuration steps before running an example.

Use local env files only for local development. Do not commit .env, .env.local, .env.*.local, .next/, node_modules/, or build/cache output.
Common Anan environment areas:
- Convex deployment and site URLs
- Better Auth secrets and trusted origins
- Anan web/admin URLs
- OAuth redirect origins

Check the installation
After setup, continue with the first example. If a command fails, compare the runtime version, working directory, and required configuration with the original README before changing dependencies.
