Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your account, sessions, and saved reading records permanently.

In the app or on the web
- Open Account → Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- Your account, sessions, favorites, history, and preferences are deleted within 30 days. Purchase records required by law are kept for the legally required period only.
Guest use creates an anonymous account and can store reading records on our server as well as your device. Reset app clears device data; it is not a request to delete the anonymous server account. For anonymous-account deletion, contact support before resetting or uninstalling so you retain your current guest session.
If you cannot sign in
Contact shelfqentra@gmail.com from your account email. If you are a guest without an account email, write from an email where we can reply, explain that you use a guest account, and keep your current app session while support helps verify the request. Do not send passwords, session tokens, or payment details.
