Know the terms before you commit.

Preview workspaces currently cost nothing. They may include the visual builder, content tools, preview publishing, and direct product feedback while the service is being developed.

A preview workspace will not silently become a paid subscription. Starting a paid plan will require an affirmative purchase after its complete price and terms are displayed.

A monthly plan, when offered, covers one monthly billing period at a time. The charge, included limits, renewal date, and cancellation controls will be visible before payment.

Cancelling prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Monthly charges are not normally refunded after that period begins, except for confirmed billing errors or rights required by applicable law.

An annual plan, when offered, is paid for a longer term at the price shown during checkout. If it is cancelled early, the current calendar month remains paid and usable. The value allocated to later, unused whole months is returned after any disclosed annual discount, tax treatment, credits, or non-refundable delivered services are accounted for.

The checkout summary will explain the calculation before purchase. The refund policy contains the full cancellation treatment and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

You will be shown the currency, recurring amount, taxes where applicable, renewal date, usage limits, cancellation method, and any service-specific conditions. Qentrah does not rely on hidden fees or pre-selected paid upgrades.
