1. Current private preview
Private-preview access is currently free, so there is ordinarily no subscription payment to refund. A separately agreed paid onboarding or professional service may have written terms specific to that work; those terms will be shown before the work is accepted.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already paid monthly period.
Once a monthly billing period begins, its subscription charge is not refundable or prorated merely because the account is cancelled or used for only part of that month. Confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges remain eligible for correction, and this rule does not remove rights that applicable law requires.
3. Annual subscriptions
An annual subscription can be cancelled before its term ends. The month in which cancellation occurs remains paid and usable through its end. Qentrah will refund the value assigned to later, unused whole months in the annual term.
The refund is calculated from the annual amount actually paid, after accounting for any disclosed annual discount, credits, refunded taxes, payment reversals, and separately delivered non-subscription services. The current month is not partially refunded. The checkout summary will disclose the applicable calculation before purchase.
4. Billing errors and unauthorized charges
Contact billing@qentrah.com promptly if an amount is duplicated, differs from the checkout confirmation, continues after a timely cancellation, or appears unauthorized. Include the account email, transaction date, amount, and a description without sending complete card numbers or sensitive authentication information.
Qentrah will review service and payment records and correct a confirmed error. Additional identity or account verification may be requested to prevent fraud and protect the payment method owner.
5. How an approved refund is returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Qentrah can initiate the refund, but banks, card networks, and payment providers control when the credit appears. Processing fees or currency differences are handled according to the disclosures shown at purchase and mandatory law.
6. Abuse, disputes, and mandatory rights
Qentrah may reject a request involving fraud, abusive repeated purchases, chargeback abuse, or a service that was fully delivered under separate written terms. Evidence concerning a dispute may be retained while the dispute, legal claim, or required recordkeeping period remains active.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a mandatory rule gives greater protection, that rule controls.
7. Operator and contact
Qentrah is owned and operated by Ahmed Mansour, an individual based in Cairo, Egypt. Cancellation, refund, and billing questions may be sent to billing@qentrah.com.
