Privacy at Qentrah.

Qentrah is owned and operated by Ahmed Mansour, an individual based in Cairo, Egypt. In this policy, “Qentrah,” “we,” and “us” refer to that individually operated service. This policy applies to Qentrah’s public pages, accounts, workspaces, publishing services, and support communications.

A site created by a Qentrah customer may have its own privacy notice. The customer is responsible for the information collected through that published site unless Qentrah is identified as the party deciding how that information is used.

We may receive your name, email address, authentication details, profile information, workspace settings, support messages, survey responses, and billing contact information. We also process the pages, text, forms, media, files, domains, and configuration you add to a workspace so that the service can perform the actions you request.

If paid services are introduced, a payment provider may process card or bank details. Qentrah may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, amount, currency, and limited payment metadata, but does not need to store complete payment-card numbers.

When you use Qentrah, we may record browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, visited pages, referring page, feature interactions, timestamps, error diagnostics, security events, and identifiers needed to maintain a session.

Cookies or comparable storage may keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect forms, measure reliability, and understand which product areas need improvement. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will be handled according to applicable consent rules.

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts; provide workspaces; store, preview, and publish content; connect domains; deliver requested functionality; process transactions; answer support; monitor availability; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose faults; enforce terms; and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, respond before entering a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate security and operational interests, or act on consent. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the applicable basis without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Content you intentionally publish can be viewed and copied by visitors. Do not publish secrets, private credentials, or personal information unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate notice. Removing content from a workspace does not immediately remove copies already cached by third parties or preserved for security, backup, or legal reasons.

Workspace owners are responsible for permissions, notices, and instructions concerning information they upload or collect. Qentrah processes that information to provide the service and may follow the workspace owner’s lawful instructions.

We may use providers for hosting, databases, file storage, authentication, email, monitoring, analytics, customer support, domain delivery, and payments. They may receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are expected to protect it under contractual and legal obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to protect users or the service, or during a business reorganization subject to appropriate confidentiality. Where information crosses borders, Qentrah uses safeguards required by the applicable law.

Account and workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service. After deletion or account closure, information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, transaction records, dispute files, or records required by law. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, sensitivity, contractual needs, and legal duties.

Requests to delete an account may be delayed where information is needed to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, establish legal claims, or comply with a legal requirement. Data no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from ordinary use.

Qentrah uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and information, including access controls, authentication, transport protection, monitoring, and restricted operational access. No internet service or storage method can promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, using appropriate access controls, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. If a qualifying incident occurs, Qentrah will investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to an applicable data-protection or consumer authority. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Requests can be sent to privacy@qentrah.com. If Qentrah processes information only on behalf of a workspace owner, we may direct the request to that owner because it controls the relevant purpose and instructions.

Qentrah is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly invite them to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information so the situation can be reviewed.

This policy may change as the product, providers, or legal requirements develop. Material changes will be presented clearly and the effective date will be updated. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@qentrah.com.
