Overview

gray-ui-csm is a UI-first CSM (Customer Success Management) dashboard built with:

• Next.js App Router
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS v4
• shadcn/ui primitives + custom composition
• dnd-kit for interactive board behavior

This repository is intentionally built as a design engineering showcase:

• Feature-level flows (tickets board/table/detail/drawer)
• Reusable UI primitives and route-driven structure
• Realistic mock content for UX storytelling and state transitions

Note: This is currently a front-end demo. Data is mocked and stored in local files.
