These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Qentrah's website, application, workspaces, publishing tools, and support. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Qentrah on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Account creation and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Qentrah promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or enforcement, or use another person's account without their express permission. Qentrah may suspend or close accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Qentrah only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You must not:

  • publish or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or that infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • upload malware, phishing content, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or its infrastructure without written authorization;
  • exceed or attempt to exceed rate limits, circumvent usage quotas, or interfere with other users' access to the service;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a hosted offering to third parties without a separate written agreement.

Qentrah may investigate and take action against accounts that violate these rules, including suspension, restriction, or permanent removal.

4. Content ownership and license

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Qentrah. Qentrah does not acquire any ownership rights in your content.

By using the service you grant Qentrah a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and deliver the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent retention is required for backups, legal compliance, or security as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload and publish the content you add to Qentrah, and that the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Qentrah service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual- property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service or its source materials without express written permission.

Feedback or suggestions you provide about Qentrah may be used to improve the service without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

6. Fees, billing, and taxes

Qentrah is currently offered as a free private preview. When paid plans become available, the applicable subscription fee, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your use of paid features.

Cancellation and refund terms are described separately in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Service availability and modifications

Qentrah strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access or performance.

Qentrah may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, Qentrah will provide reasonable advance notice when practicable.

8. Third-party services and links

Qentrah integrates with or links to third-party services such as Google Analytics, Vercel, payment processors, and domain registrars. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Qentrah is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qentrah and Ahmed Mansour will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.

Qentrah's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Qentrah in the twelve months preceding the claim or the equivalent of one month of service.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if Qentrah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qentrah, Ahmed Mansour, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time. Qentrah may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in conduct that harms other users or the service, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Content you have published may remain accessible to the extent it has been cached or preserved by third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Qentrah at support@qentrah.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

13. Changes to these terms

Qentrah may update these terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised and a notice will be displayed on the website or communicated by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qentrah regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
